You may never have thought that you would be searching for a therapist. It's also possible that you sought therapy or advice before now and weren't able to find the solutions you were seeking or are here searching for different answers. Regardless of your motivation, I am here to help you.

You may be in emotional pain or anxious about your future. Maybe you are not sure you are in a healthy relationship or are struggling to understand what that even means.

Once we begin, we will determine the best path for you. This may include working through past traumas, current betrayals, or addictions. That being said, you do not have to know what to do today. What I encourage you to take in right now is that you are not crazy, stupid, or weak. You need support.
