Parental Enmeshment

Enmeshment can be very confusing. It is often difficult to identify and label. Many partners of enmeshesd adults feel crazy and that there is something wrong with them. They do not understand how their husband shows up to take care of his/her family and friends, while often expressing anger and resentment toward their intimate partner. I offer individual therapy for enmeshed adults, their partners and for couples who are struggling with the devastating impact enmeshment trauma has on relationships.
