Warm, collaborative care for individuals and couples.

I believe that meaningful healing begins with feeling safe, understood, and connected.

With over 18 years of experience, I help individuals and couples navigate complex trauma, betrayal, addiction, and challenging relationship dynamics. My work is rooted in the belief that healing involves more than managing symptoms—it means understanding the patterns that keep us stuck, reconnecting with our needs, and creating lasting change.

My approach

I specialize in working with individuals and couples impacted by sexual addiction, betrayal trauma, parental enmeshment, and attachment wounds. My therapeutic style is warm, interactive, and collaborative. The relationship between therapist and client is one of the most important parts of successful therapy.

I draw from complex trauma therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, shame resilience, and positive psychology. This allows me to tailor our work to your individual needs.
